Our dedicated and private testing rooms allow you the privacy of your own eye exam with our Optician. Our enhanced eye examinations are now contact free, meaning we replace traditional Optician face to face inspections with state of the art optical technology to inspect your eye. With our Eye Care Plan we can offer you the latest technology to provide in-depth and extremely precise eye examinations using the Vision R-800, the most accurate prescription available today, as well as the Optomap for advanced retinal scans. Our eye tests assess not only your lens requirements but also provide insight into your general eye health and associated eye health matters. OPTICS & TAILORED LENSES
Our Optometrists are there for you, to guide you through the range of lens options that are the best fit for your eye requirements and budget. Whether you would like to explore varifocals, transition lenses, anti-reflective coatings or contact lenses we can help select the right solution for you. All our lenses can be accommodated into a frame chosen in store.
CHOOSING THE FRAME
Our relaxed and informal frame consultation lasts for about an hour and takes place in our showroom. This is a personal experience as we help you to select the frame for you from our curated collection of exclusive, luxury, premium or everyday eyewear brands. Our goal is to help you find the right fit both in terms of style and budget. FITTING & AFTERCARE
With the frame and lens options carefully selected, our Opticians team will begin their process of manufacturing and crafting your order. On return of your fitted frames we will then call you back for fitting with our dispensing optician. This time focuses on ensuring you and the frame have the most comfortable fit, adjusting it perfectly to provide you with exceptional quality of vision. As this marks the beginning of your life with your new spec’s we also want you to know we’re here to ensure this story is a happy one.
